Returns

You can exercise the right of withdrawing from the contract without stating your reasons and you can return one or more purchased Products within 14 days from receipt.

Returns are free of charge for purchases made in Italy and Europe.

You can exercise our right of withdrawal by sending a return declaration:

a) by email: info@anteprimaextra.com;

or

b) by fax: +39 080 311 8444;

or

c) by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to: Progetto Moda S.r.l. Piazza Zanardelli, 11, 70022, Altamura (Bari, Italy)

You can either fill the form at the bottom of this page and send us a statement with the same compulsory information you will find in the returns application form.

The deadline of 14 days is respected if: 

a) the email is sent within 14 days from the delivery of the Product;
b) the fax transmission report states the fax has been sent within 14 days from the delivery of the Product;
c) the registered letter proves to have been delivered to the post office assigned within 14 days from the delivery of the Product.

The return must be authorised by our Customer Service after your Return enquiry.

Returned goods must be perfectly undamaged, neither worn nor washed and must be in their original packaging and with all its labels, that must not be removed, cut or damaged.

Once you have received our email with a Return authorization number, you can send us the Product back. In our email you will also find all the instructions to contact the courier.

The Product must be delivered to the courier with no improper delay and within the 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of Return authorization. Direct costs for the replacement are completely at Anteprimaextra's expense.

Once we have verified the Product, packaging and labels integrity, we will promptly proceed (within 14 days from the receipt of the Product) to credit the price of your returned order on your credit card or PayPal account. The time required to see your refund credited will depend on the issuer of you credit card or on PayPal.

During the withdrawing period (from receipt of the Product until you will be authorized to return the item and deliver it to the courier) you will be responsible for the Product, as a keeper. The right of withdrawal will expire in the event of damage or destruction of the Product during the custody period.

Custom or tailored Products are not included in the right of withdrawal.

Returns for faults or nonconformity

Should the Product received be non-equivalent to the item ordered or defectul, please contact the Customer Service stating the defects or nonconformities, and whether you wish to return the Product and receive another similar item (compliant to the one you ordered and faultless, subject to stock availability) or return the Product for a refund of its price.

You can copy or download and fill the form an the bottom of this page or send us a statement with the same compulsory information you will find in the returns form. Please indicate the encountered problem (the nonconformity with regards to the ordered Product or the fault) in the field "Additional comments" and plase state whether you wish for a replacement or a refund.

Before authorizing the return, we may ask you to provide us with one or more photos showing the problem encountered.
After the examination of the photos, you will receive an authorization number and the necessary instructions to return the Product. 

Once we have received the Product and once we have verified the problem you have encountered, we will ship the replacement item (if available) or refund you the amount paid on your credit card or PayPal account.

During the period from receipt of the Product until you will be authorized to return the item and deliver it to the courier, you will be responsible for the Product, as a keeper. The right to return your item for faults/nonconformity will expire in the event of damage or destruction of the Product during the custody period.
